Sagut which could be pronounced differently in Bikol and Ilocano implies two different meaning, but originally this term is an Ilocano word. Sagut in Ilocano means a “gift” and in Bikol if it is pronounced otherwise, it means an “answer”.
However, both meanings are significant and relevant to the mission of this Organization. It is a gift and an answer to the family and young people of Pilar, Abra, in the Province and near places.
To be the GIFT and ANSWER to the family and young people in need and to the community as a whole.
