Chairperson
He graduated from the Holy Rosary Seminary in Naga City, Bikol. Helped the Parishes from Baguio to Abra by giving formation and seminars to the different Parish Ministries. He Revitalized the Social Action Commission in the Parish of Pilar. And to serve more he initiated to organize the NGO to help more the people in Abra.
Jennalyn T. Peñaranda
Secretary
Active in Church Ministry, in fact she is the current Parish Pastoral Council President. An advocate of good governance, lover of nature that is why she is very active in preserving the environment through tree planting and etc. And, she has the heart for the poor and marginalized.
Reynaldo S. Turqueza
Trustee
Former President of the Parish Pastoral Council, active in civic and Church activities. In fact he is the current President of Office for Senior Citizens Affairs. Retired Court Interpreter and helping the community in Pilar.
Brenda C. Turqueza
Treasurer
She has the heart of the people and willing to serve to the best she can. Trustworthy that is why, she is entrusted with the task of being the Treasurer of the NGO.
Wilena F. Dacquel
Trustee
She is an active member of the Parish Pastoral Council, she is the current Barangay Pastoral Council President. She is energetic in serving her fellow Pilareños.
Jerome Cabanting
Trustee
The current President of Parents and Teachers Association of the Catholic High School of Pilar. A very active in their Barangay, notable and responsible citizen of Pilar.
