Be made clean.\u201d Here we see Jesus\u2019 burning desire: He longs to make us clean, body and soul. Yet healing begins with humility. Like the leper, we must first recognize our impurity, our sins, our brokenness, and then plead for purity from the depths of our heart. Jesus waits for that honest cry.
