When questioned, he humbly replies: \u201cI am the voice crying in the wilderness: Make straight the way of the Lord.\u201d Like John, we who are catechists are not the Light, but voices sent to prepare hearts. In homes, classrooms, and parishes, we point to Christ already present among us.
